Refund and Returns Policy

At TahZar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items like undergarments, accessories, or items on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be sent via bKash/Nagad or store credit.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges if the desired size is available in stock.

  • Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
