1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Certain items like undergarments, accessories, or items on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone with your order ID and reason for return.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be sent via bKash/Nagad or store credit.
4. Exchanges

We allow size exchanges if the desired size is available in stock.

Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
